This renowned Home Care organisation operating across Kent are currently looking for a new Care Manager to run their newly established team operating out of Faversham.
This organisation currently provide a range of services to elderly persons out in the community within their own homes. Services provided range from: home help and housekeeping, dementia and Alzheimer's care, personal care, companionship, live-in care, palliative care and respite care.
This organisation has a fantastic reputation and are currently experiencing a period of growth and are setting up operations across the Faversham area.

Role:
You will be responsible for the start-up growth and development of the domiciliary care service, ensuring an outstanding quality of care is provided for all clients. This will include being responsible for the efficient running of the business including: quality control, managing the needs of clients and day-to-day management of internal staff and a team of care workers.

Skills/Experience required:

* Have extensive care experience with excellent customer service and people management skills
* Be commercially aware
* Have strong influencing skills
* Be able to demonstrate achievement of business growth targets
* Have the ability to build good working relationships
* Have strong organisation and planning skills
* Have the drive and motivation to take on a broad role and develop care services
* Be able to work well and accurately under pressure whilst working independently with minimal supervision
* Be flexible to meet the demands of the business including participating in an on-call rota.
* Possess a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and be willing to work towards the NVQ Level 5
* Must have full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to offering support to clients and staff across multiple sites/locations
* You will be subject to background checks as part of the recruitment process.
