My client, based just outside Ashford, a recognisable Kent based employer is seeking a Payroll Manager to work within their dynamic and driven Finance Team.
Predominantly you will be responsible for a large and complex monthly payroll consisting of various shift patterns, bonuses and benefit schemes. Gathering data from Time Attendance system you will also be responsible for administering SSP, SMP and SPP. Utilise the Time Attendance system to gather all overtime, absences etc.
With a minimum of 5 years payroll experience it is essential that you possess good systems knowledge, advanced excel skills, pensions experience and auto enrolments.
