With market presence in Europe, and impressive plans to grow in the US too, this recruitment agency are now looking for a Recruitment Manager to oversee the performance and output of a team- leading from the front in ‘delivery style’.
Reporting directly into the UK Director, you will be tasked with managing the delivery of service into an ongoing number of international recruitment projects for clients on RPO and PSL agreements.
You should be commercially aware, highly proactive and capable of driving the performance of a team. A track record of contractor recruitment within a related field- pharmaceuticals, technology, aviation/aerospace, digital- would be preferred.
Training into their niche provided
Superb offices in an easy-access location near to Tunbridge Wells station; office bases in London and Europe too.
Excellent salary/benefits package with an uncapped bonus scheme! £50-60,000 Base = £75k package
Work with an thriving client base; leading the strategy and performance of a team, to deliver and develop on client projects.
Regular opportunity for paid international travel
State-of-the-art technology stack already in full use- Bespoke CRM and Candidate Database/ATS Systems
Monday - Friday Permanent Role; Working closely with a Board of Directors who have a proven record of growing and developing businesses; and are keen to offer an exciting progression path to an ambitious candidate!
Candidates will ideally be local to Tunbridge Wells/ surrounding areas
