Warehouse Client Account Manager - Witham - VR/21947

The Company & Role:

Our client, a freight forwarding company who deals with International business importing and exporting, via air, sea and land transport, are currently looking for a Warehouse Client Manager to join their existing team based in Witham.

The position will involve managing the company's warehouse and customers requirements.

Warehouse Client Account Manager duties include:


Processing OrdersPrioritising workloadAnswering queries i.e. stock discrepancies, haulage ETA's, amending order etc.Arranging full / part load haulage to UK & International destinationsChecking invoices, requesting and uploading POD'sUpdating/entering data on customer booking portalsPrepare packing listsSetting up new customers on the systemBuild strong relationships with customersLiaising with clients and hauliers

Experience required from the Warehouse Client Account Manager:


Warehouse Administration experienceCustomer Service skillsGood IT skills including Word/Excel
In return, the successful Warehouse Client Account Manager will receive a salary in the region of £25,000 depending on previous experience.
