We have two unique opportunities for individuals who possess some basic telephone sales experience and are keen to further their career in this field. As part of a supportive team where you will receive encouragement and training in your first few months, you will work together to not only achieve sales targets (with competitive commission opportunities in place) but to research and generate your own leads and help grow the capabilities of this dynamic company. Previous incumbents in the role have successfully progressed to the position of Business Development Manager, which demonstrates our commitment to growing and developing talent.

Responsibilities include

• Make sales contact (phone, email, LinkedIn etc) with existing customers and prospects to sell classroom and online courses.
• Listen to customer requirements, deal with queries and present appropriate solutions to make a sale
• Build and develop good customer relationships to maximise repeat business
• Use Jee’s Dynamics 365 CRM database to manage and record all sales activity and leads, cleaning any incorrect information as it presents itself
• Data input new contacts to Dynamics 365 CRM database, meeting new contact targets and ensuring accurate entry.
• Negotiate best possible sales value for each call/contact and close sales.
• Support the BDM and Courses team as requested (proposal writing, document checking, customer research, setting up meetings, inputting data into CRM etc.)
• Competitive salary and commission structure with flexible hours discussed at point of hire.
