Our prestigious and well-established client is now seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a professional environment, a passion for technology and innovation, with an eye for problem-solving. Experience of delivering solutions with AGILE methodologies and previous experience of using Microsoft Dynamics would be highly desirable.

The Business Analyst will work with their peers, to support the delivery of key business projects and initiatives that support our client's strategic and operational objectives. The Business Analyst will conduct analysis on the current ways of working and the client or business impact of those processes. They will work with business stakeholders to design and recommend solutions including their quantitative and qualitative benefits as well as reporting on performance against success criteria.

As part of delivering business solutions the Business Analyst may be responsible for customising and implementing solutions such as user interface, dashboards and workflows where appropriate. Working closely with their peers they will provide application or feature support where necessary.

Main duties of the Business Analyst

• Mapping, re-engineering and implementing business processes
• Utilising elicitation techniques to understand business requirements
• Documenting, analysing, prioritising and verifying business requirements
• Business process analysis and modelling
• Aligning solutions to project and business success criteria
• Presenting and demonstrating solution prototypes and recommendations
• Managing phased pilots and solution implementation
• Managing expectations of business stakeholders and project sponsors
• Design and customisation of Client Relationship Management Systems
• Arranging and managing UAT
• Ensure that user training and documentation is maintained to a high standard
• Investigating, troubleshooting and resolving escalated product issues and queries
• Administrating Client Relationship Management Systems
• Contribute to building the IT Knowledgebase to help IT colleagues with issue resolution
• Liaising with any 3rd-party suppliers as required
