Trainee Level role - suited to someone new to the industry. (Although any prior working experience or a degree is beneficial).

Working as part of a Client Focused team, day to day, you will...
- Communicate directly with clients via telephone, email and live chat enquiries;
- Undertake research such as gathering market insights or checking information/documents stored on systems internally;
- Resolve queries, and problem solve to ensure deadlines are met and regulations are upheld;
- Administration such as creating and updating documents on the system, editing contracts and sending out information packs via email / post.

Excellent training provided - with scope to undertake industry-recognised qualifications.

The ideal candidate for the position would have:
- An ability to maintain accuracy when working at a fast pace.
- Service delivery skills–eg when communicating solutions to customers.
- Excellent attention to detail - such as working within FCA regulations, or inputting data for the system.

Salary £18,500

Monday – Friday; 9 - 5

Based from offices in the heart of Tunbridge Wells (accessible by train or car)
