We are resourcing for a Planning Administrator on temporary assignment based in a busy planning department. Your main focus will be on providing a comprehensive admin support on behalf for the planning team.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

* Creating the necessary documents for the relevant departments in line with the current guidelines and legislation;
* Providing excellent levels of customer service to all internal and external customers, ensuring that all customer service targets are met;
* Monitoring performance and assist the Team Leader in the implementation of new processes;
* Maintain and update all records, both physical copies and computer based;
* Act as the first point of contact for enquiries (Planning and Development) and making sure they are dealt with as efficiently as possible;
* Liaise with external parties regarding Planning and Development issues.

Are you:

* Experienced of working in a similar Administration role?
* Have previous experience of working with Administrative processes?
* Have you got an intermediate IT skills (esp. Excel, Word and Outlook)?
* Used to working under pressure when necessary?
* Have a can-do attitude?
* Have good attention to details?
