Our client is one of the largest Insurance Brokerage and Risk Management companies. They are currently seeking an experienced individual to join as a Marketing Manager to play a major part in delivering the profit and growth aspirations by leading, shaping, building, controlling and delivering the communications that drive engagement with customers and help to deliver brand vision & framework.

Key Duties:
-Develop, in conjunction with the Marketing Director (or senior Marketing Managers) and internal stakeholders, marketing propositions/plans (utilising the full breadth of what marketing can offer -
i.e. product, price, place, promotion - to meet divisional goals and objectives) to support corporate, divisional and business aims
-Work closely with internal and external suppliers and the relevant business areas to ensure that marketing plans are agreed and delivered to deadline and achieve desired result
-Manage agencies, media and external suppliers to the marketing team
-Frequently evaluate activity against the plan
-Communicate marketing plans to internal and external stakeholders
-Build rapport with divisional stakeholders (internal and external) as the go to person for marketing and become recognised by the business as the marketing lead
-Be able to set realistic time scales with the business for marketing activity and take time to educate them on processes required to deliver excellent results

Suitable candidates will be someone with a Marketing background. Qualifications in Marketing or Business are desirable
