Well Established Recruitment Business with a great reputation in several fast-growth / technology sectors, recruiting both contractors and permanent hires into UK and European companies. The company have a track record of training and retaining junior recruitment consultants into this team.

Salary £17-19,000 + commissions (Great Commission Scheme) + team rewards/ incentives

Great chance to work with and learn from a highly successful team. Tunbridge Wells town centre offices, with some flexibility to work from home following training.

From day one, you will build exposure to the full recruitment process; which will involve regular training delivered by in-house and out-of-house coaches, as well as developing an understanding of how to effective sell and market your services to the industry. You will speak directly with clients, seeking to win new business opportunities, as well as learn to market/advertise roles and speak with candidates to understand their core skills in order to professionally represent them on their job search.
Due to the market- excellent English skills are essential, and a European language is a bonus although by no means essential
