Helpdesk Engineer - £24,000 - Whitstable. My client, a rapidly expanding Managed Service Provider based in Whitstable, Kent, are looking for a Helpdesk Engineer to join a lively and energetic team.
In applying for this role, you will ideally have experience in working within a managed service provider, be good at problem solving, have great customer service skills and an ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will be a confident/strong decision maker and be able to perform all work clearly and efficiently.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in working for a Managed Service Provider
* Experience in Key Technologies:
* Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
* Office 365
* Office 2003 - 2016
* Windows Server 2003 onwards
* Back up technologies
* Remote Working technologies
As a Helpdesk Engineer working with this company, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £18,000- £24,000 depending on the level of experience and role. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business that you can progress within.
