Sales Support Administrator - Gillingham - up to £25k

Our client is looking for a driven and motivated individual to join their current team. This role will enhance your skill set within the communications industry, continuously providing you with support and training when needed.

Duties:

* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls

* Building strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service

* Managing customer quotations and order processing

* Supplying customers with information on new and existing products

* Converting calls into sales

Requirements:

* Excellent phone manner

* Ability to build good customer relationships

* Good organisation and administration abilities
