We’re looking for Finance Assistant to join our small but busy team on a full time, permanent basis Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
This role is key to supporting the Finance department to deliver an efficient and timely finance service to the business. Liaising directly with external suppliers and internal departments and responsible for a range of accounting tasks such as:
• Processing Payments
• Processing Purchase ledger invoices
• Processing and managing Expenses
• Bank postings
• Managing and processing Credit card statements
• Freight and duty recharges
• General ad hoc office tasks and filing
If you are looking to start or progress your career in Finance are highly organised and have the ability to reprioritise a changing workload, then we would love you to get in touch. Funding for ongoing training and development will be offered in time to the successful candidate.
