We currently have an opportunity for an experienced account manager to join our commercial sales team, on a full time and permanent basis in Ashford.
As a Customer Account Manager at Certas Energy, you will maximise the commercial sales opportunities and customer experience, using a combination of consultative selling, strong account management, up / cross selling and new customer acquisition. You will need to use a combination of account management and negotiation skills to increase margin across your customer portfolio. Working in a quality-focused environment where we strive to exceed customer expectations by team-working, professional interaction and effective communication.
As a Customer Account Manager, you’ll have access to:
• £20,000 rising to £22,000 after probation
• Competitive commission

• Previous sales experience and construction sector knowledge is desirable
• Strong negotiation skills

• Resilient, persistent and tenacious
• Target driven / results orientated
