Exciting Career Opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant (or Resourcer) who is Looking to Take their Next Step and Join an Established, Innovative Brand – Taking On a Full 360 Recruitment Desk - within a Business Renowned for Staff Stability and Development
Formed over 15 years ago, this Recruitment Consultancy have established themselves as a market-leader in several fast-growth markets – by delivering bespoke end-to-end recruitment services – through their access to outstanding candidates and opportunities.
As their client base and candidate network have continued to develop, they are looking to recruit an ambitious and entrepreneurial consultant to take responsibility for a busy Permanents/ Contractors desk.
The company have outstanding training in-place and the role suits someone interested in learning about a new market to recruit into.
Joining their 8-person team of consultants, you will take primary responsibility for several existing busy client accounts, as well as building and executing a full business development plan.
Full 360 role with particular focuses on:
- Winning and developing trading relationships with new clients by undertaking research, making proactive calls and approaches, and constructing PSL proposals.
- Liaising with clients to establish their recruitment needs and agreeing terms of trading. Aiming to deliver an elite, professional service.
- Developing existing client relationships through phone calls and face-to-face meetings, establishing yourself as a first-choice partner.
- Placing job adverts and proactively marketing vacancies to attract high quality applicants.
- Screening and meeting with candidates, seeking to qualify suitability and create commitment.
- Presenting candidates to clients via telephone and email, formatting and submitting CVs.
- Managing the interview process – arranging and confirming interviews, conducting pre-interview preparation and managing the interview feedback process.
- Making job offers – permanent and contract – then, administrating contracts and onboarding.
- Ongoing relationship management with contractors throughout their assignment.
Salary with experience- £25-30,000 Basic + excellent commission scheme – (yearly comms OTE = £12-20,000 y1)
