Do you have prior experience working in a finance support role? If so this full time role, fixed term to end of December 2021, could be ideal. In this post you will provide efficient financial and administrative support to Research Accounts Officers to ensure the completeness, accuracy and timely provision of financial documents to internal and external stakeholders.

As Research projects Finance Assistant you will:

Ensure timely and accurate review and management of project financial documents
Assist with the calculation of monthly recharges of staff costs to research projects
Assist with reviews of monthly project reports and investigation of exceptions to ensure costs are appropriately coded
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
Educated to GCSE level (Grade A-C or equivalent pass) with English and Maths or equivalent
Experience of carrying out financial procedures
Knowledge of Agresso Business World Financial Suite and reporting tools or similar finance package
