Rare opportunity - best suits a commercially aware, technically experienced Fee Earner, Team Leader, Solicitor or Head of Department, who is seeking an opportunity with empowerment to drive the output and expansion of the team. Full Head of Department (or Partner depending on candidate's preference) duties - managing a caseload and hands-on approach to client service delivery; assisting the team - both Fee Earners and Support Staff - with complex query resolution; leading team performance management; recruitment, training and development of new staff as needed.
