We are looking for someone to join our team in a varied role, including reception work, bookkeeping and payroll in a busy accountancy practice based in Folkestone, close to the M20.

The primary part of the role would be:

1. Bookkeeping and management accounts.

2. Completion of VAT returns.

3. Operating payroll and CIS for clients.

4. Helping other staff with the basic work on accounts preparation.

5. Sole trade accounts, training given


Secondary Role:

1. Manning reception.

2. Other office administration where necessary.

3. Answering the telephone and dealing with client’s queries.

4. Filing and other office administration where necessary.


Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Xero an advantage.

Support and training will be given on areas where applicant has limited experience.

We have our own staff car park.
