Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Accountant to join their friendly growing practice based in Sittingbourne, Kent.
The role entails
Managing all aspects of a portfolio of clients
Preparing statutory accounts
Speaking to clients in order to deal with any queries and to ensure that a high level of service is provided
Reviewing work completed by junior members of staff
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience
At least 4 years experience working in a firm of accountants
ACA qualified would be preferred, ACCA considered
Experience supervising junior members of staff
Experience using Xero and Digita would be beneficial
The salary for this role is between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience but may be flexible for the right candidate
We will consider applications for both full time and part time hours, so please indicate your preference
