ESTABLISHED INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS ARE LOOKING FOR A SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR NEGOTIATOR
This is a great opportunity to have a career with a well-respected, independent Estate Agent. Experience prefered.
Duties include:
Introducing new properties to applicants
Eagerness to generate appointments for viewings and valuations
Showing people around properties in the local area
Lettings viewings where required
Administration to include IT skills & data input
Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
Canvassing
Requirements:
You must have a full, clean UK licence & your own car
You will be :-
Proactive and willing to go the extra mile
Articulate with good communication skills
Thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
Have good interpersonal and people skills
You must enjoy over-achieving targets and providing excellent levels of customer service to excel in this role.
Be well-presented and professional in appearance
Previous residential sales experience is preferred
