We are currently working with a leading distributor of fresh produce into the UK markets.
Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to support a complex supply chain function with systems and general administration duties.
Main Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain excellent systems knowledge across all supply chain functions
*Work with all departments to ensure smooth running of the site operations
*Receive deliveries and returns and reconcile delivery notes with purchase orders
*Generate load builder, delivery notes and manifests
*Support with site waste operations including arranging collections as needed to keep the site tidy
*Keep all records of waste collection and inbound deliveries as required
*Support and assist warehouse and stocks team with queries and resolutions
*Greet inbound and outbound drivers and direct to correct bays as required
*Track stocks of stationery and PPE to ensure supplies are ordered in good time
*Assist with works order management to ensure stocks are controlled throughout the production process.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent level of English
*Good IT skills
*Prophet knowledge preferable
*Good understanding of Maths
*Good organisation skills
*Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
*Problem solving and can-do attitude
Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with the flexibility required to cover weekends on an ad hoc basis.
