Passmores, Kent’s premier manufacturer of sectional timber buildings, are looking for an experienced outdoor worker.
You must have good carpentry skills gained in a building site environment. Formal qualifications will be an advantage, but are not essential. Timber frame and/or roof pitching experience will be advantageous.
You will be working as part of a 2- 3 man team, loading, travelling to site and erecting our range of single storey garages, oak fronted carports and sports pavilions.
The job involves daily travelling and regular overtime including Saturday mornings. There is plenty of variety and no two days are the same.
We generally operate within a 100 mile radius of our Strood factory but on more distant jobs there will be occasional overnight stays away from home.
The work is year round, all-weather and you will need to be resilient and committed to getting the job finished.
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have similar previous experience.
We will require you to have a full, current UK driving licence with 3 penalty points or less. C1 (7.5 tonne) entitlement will be an advantage but is not essential.
