Pearson Whiffin are currently recruiting for a temporary customer service advisor to start work in an exciting, expanding business based in Mid Kent.
Our client are looking for an experienced call handler / customer service advisor to start work ASAP on a temporary basis in their new offices in Kings Hill
Duties
* Contact clients via telephone and email
* General office administration duties as and when required
* Research via internet on particular areas of the business to aid your work.
* Work with your colleagues to help achieve common goals and help the business wherever possible.
* Take responsibility for ensuring that high standards of customer service and delivery are met at all times.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience working on Microsoft office
* Previous admin experience is essential
* A great personality is essential!
* Be willing to support others
* Self starting mentality
