The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for multiple Warehouse Operative's to begin an ongoing assignment for our client based in the Aylesford, Kent area.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Manually lifting furniture
- Loading vehicles
- Unloading vehicles
- Order picking stock
- Scanning stock ready for delivery
- Loading and unloading recycling balers
Candidates must be comfortable working within a very physically demanding environment.
You will be expected to work on your feet all day, loading and unloading heavy stock around the warehouse.
You will also be expected to commit to working 5/6 days per week with the below start and finish times.
06:00 - 17:00
or
09:00 - 20:00
You will be paid a flat rate of £9.50 per hour for the first 8 hours of work per day.
Any work conducted after the initial 8 hours will then be paid at £11.00 per hour
In return, you will receive:
- £9.50 to £11.00 per hour
- Weekly payt
- 28 days holiday per annum
- Full PPE and training
- Potential permanent position following a successful trial period
