Due to our continuing growth we are looking to employ a Group Aftersales Retention Manager. Reporting directly to the Aftersales Director you will be responsible for increasing the Aftersales Customer base whilst ensuring that existing customers remain loyal. You will be expected to develop and successfully implement a sustainable and effective customer retention strategy whilst managing and maintaining the Aftersales Customer database.

Job Description:

Work with the marketing team to implement effective and targeted campaigns, both through email, direct mail and social media.
Management of the aftersales database being the first port of call and provide administrative and operational support for all CRM users, ensuring data integrity.
To adhere to the Barretts Data Protection policy and ensure compliance of the legal and business requirements relating to the General Data Protection Regulation.
Undertake other projects and duties required by the Aftersales Director.

Requirements of the Role:

Be results driven with a proven track record of delivery.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word etc. As well as a digital marketing platform such at MailChimp or Sendinblue.
Have experience of the technical admin side of CRM (e.g. data manipulation, de-duplication, spreadsheets).
Possess a solid understanding of GDPR compliance.
Passion for great customer service.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or possess equivalent working experience. Knowledge of Aftersales and experience with a premium brand is desirable but not essential. Previous marketing experience would also be an advantage.

Your standard hours of work will be 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday.
