Working alongside their stable and effective HR team, you will focus on the smooth delivery of an HR service – across a growing LLP.
Involving:
- HR process implementation, analysis and improvement- employee relations, recruitment, HR management
- Advisory support to Managers and Senior Team
- Recruitment and onboarding alongside hiring managers
- Training and Development – ensuring career progression is available/accessible across all staff
- HR administration database - implementation and ongoing management
- Operations support.
Monday-Friday 9-5 permanent role.
The ideal candidate will…………
- Be a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter, keen to work as part of an HR team, and involve themselves across HR functions.
- Live locally to Sevenoaks and surrounding areas (several branches throughout the South East).
- Be qualified / experienced to CIPD Level 5 at a minimum.
- Have a professional, adaptable approach to query / HR conflict resolution.
Experience working as a part of an HR team is preferable!
Immediate interview , flexible start date.
Could suit someone who's role has been lost/threatened by redundancy looking for security and stability within an established, proven employer....
