Part 2 Architect OR Architectural Technician required

I am currently working with a Kent based Top 150 Consultancy who are now looking to expand their Architectural team.
They are open to either a Part II Architect or an Architectural Technician.

My client has been operating across the UK and Europe for the last 50 years and specialise in multiple sectors ranging from Education, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial. They have expressed their desire for applicants to have a strong educational or healthcare background opposed to the traditional residential sector as this is where the majority of their current projects are.

The team is very family orientated and they wish for someone to come in and join the business with the same mindset in regards to becoming apart of a friendly, family orientated business.

They offer great benefit packages and encourage progression with promotions a regular occurrence.

My client is open on salary negotiations and is willing to pay slightly over market rate for the right individual.
