Job title: Customer Service Representative

Hours: Full-time 35 hours per week
As an effective communicator and administrator you will be a strong team player with a ‘can do’, efficient, organised and professional attitude.
Acting as the first point of contact for CAF Bank customers, you will have the ability to handle and action customer’s communications, queries and instructions received by telephone and in writing. You will actively promote our products and services to existing and prospective clients.
You will have demonstrable customer service experience with a good working knowledge of retail banking, be an excellent communicator, have a high level of attention to detail and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
