We are currently looking for a Temporary Marketing Executive for our client based in Kings Hill

Key requirements
The Marketing Executive will work with the rest of the Marketing team.
Duties
· Manage the collation of permissions and ensure GDPR compliance for promotional and service email lists for the first phase
· Work with video producers and deliver professional content that demonstrates the impact of the grants on direct and indirect beneficiaries
· Develop and finalise the phase 2 marketing plan for providing further funding to targeted recipients
· Ensure timesheets, invoices and cost forecasts are submitted timeously
· Manage the content and function of the Fund webpage
· Work with in-house designers, freelance writers and other content producers to prepare and have approved all impact content for the first phase, and launch content for the second phase

Key Skills
* Previous experience of content development (writing and coordination)
* A working understanding and history of practice of social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
* Experience in marketing project management background
* Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Ideally having either personal or professional experience of the charitable sector

Monday - Thursday - 28 hours for 3months with a view of Longer

£21500 pro rata

either office or remote working
