Your new company is a developer that specialises in high end residential home building
Your new role is to perform ground works for a housing developer on a housing project in Tunbridge Wells
What you'll need to succeed is previous experience of ground works on residential jobs. A dumper truck ticket is useful not essential. You will have good communication skills, pass a verbal reference check, provide photo ID and proof of NI.
