Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Grade: B
Salary: Circa £25k (depending on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Private Clients team at CAF and support the team’s work with high net worth philanthropists. The role will report to the Head of Private Clients providing effective administrative support by co-ordinating communications, management information, dashboards, the business planning process, travel and diary management.

You will become an important member of the team providing support that underpins business development activities, client service and analysis of the team’s performance.

You will be a highly organised person who is motivated by providing excellent administrative support and with the proven ability to manage a big workload and meet deadlines.

Experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment is essential. You will also have a proven track record of excellent research and analytical skills.

A proven ability to develop productive working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders is essential to achieving success in this role.

Self motivation and personal organisation skills will be clearly evident from your career history.

Experience of providing administrative support for business development including tracking leads/prospects and working with a CRM would be an advantage.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the private client philanthropy sector.
