We have an excellent opportunity to join a well established client based in Tunbridge Wells, joining their Customer Service team.
Key duties include:
- Answering incoming calls and managing / processing the customers enquiry
- Managing incoming client emails
- Handling complaints and following complaints handling procedure when required
The right candidate will have a calm manner and previous experience within a Call Centre / Customer Service environment. Due to the nature of the role previous Customer Service telephone experience is essential.
The position is to start immediately and initially run until March 2021 with potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
