Customer Service Advisor - Work From Home - £8.72 per hour
Our client based in Maidstone Town Centre are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team. The successful candidate for this position will live in Kent and have the facility to work from home.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
- Handling high volume inbound calls from members of the public and processing their queries
- Ensuring all calls are logged effectively on the systems
- Handling complaints in a calm and professional manner
Hours are Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm with an hour for lunch. This is a great opportunity to join a company who can offer you fantastic career opportunities.
