Customer Service Advisor - Redhill - Permanent - £22,000 plus benefits

Fantastic opportunity available working for a large scale service provider in Redhill for a Customer Service Advisor looking for a permanent contract at the beginning of 2021 with interviews beginning asap. This business is looking for an experienced contact centre/customer service professional with excellent communication skills to join their fun and innovative Customer Service team.
Your new role
Your new role will involve supporting customers managing their personal account, dealing with queries and complaints by phone, email and live chat whilst utilising every opportunity to go above and beyond for the customer. Queries involve dealing with payments/billing, changing address and explaining products and services to new and existing customers.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position you must be based locally to Redhill or able to commute within a reasonable time, have significant experience in a contact centre/customer care and be able to begin a role in early January. You will have experience dealing with multi-channel customer service queries in your most recent position and ideally have a background in working for a service provider/energy supplier/consultancy.
What you'll get in return
In return you'll be offered a permanent contract at £22,000 plus bonus, generous holiday package, opportunities for overtime, personal development and an excellent training plan. Hours are 37.5 a week across a flexible shift pattern.
