The Paramount Group is a property brand in the South East. The group consist of an Estate Agency, Land and Development, Property Management, Maintenance and a local charity. Paramount are looking for an energetic, results driven and creative marketing executive.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Paramount has been around since 2014, but we are still growing strong. Right now, we operate in Kent and Sussex and have our head office in Rochester. But we want to expand across the company but need assistance from a Marketing Executive with a “can do” approach who can ensure consistent exposure to generate leads of the different businesses.
We are lucky enough to do work that is stimulating and rewarding, but we’re also firm believers in a healthy work-life balance that is why in this role, your working hours are flexible, whether you wish to work 8-4, 10-6 even 12-8 if you want! Fancy a lay in? No problem, it’s all about the leads and results for us.
We will also give you every opportunity to expand your role and push yourself in new directions as the company grows. During your time at Paramount, we will highlight areas to expand your role and the chance to build your technical knowledge so we can deliver better results and then be able to grow the marketing department.
We employ over 80 staff across the Group of companies in a variety of roles, with some satellite offices across the South East, however you will be based at Rochester working directly with the Managing Director to assist in developing our digital presence.
Our teams have fantastic client retention and are amazing at closing deals so if you generate the leads we’ll definitely close them so you can get your commission.
The Role
As an Executive, you will plan and execute marketing lead generating advertisements across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In. You should have knowledge of Google Ads and experience in online ad buying.
You’ll work with the MD to developing marketing strategies to target Paramount’s audience to create maximum exposure for Paramount.
Key Responsibilities
· You will manage a portfolio of Paramount’s accounts and media campaigns across multiple networks
· Ensure campaigns deliver according to Paramount’s objectives while providing analysis and recommendations to improve performance.
· Setup, implement, track and optimize campaigns
· Keyword research, analysis, and strategy
· Cost estimate and budget management
· Ad copywriting and testing, write creative content and research content
· Tracking setup (including tracking codes generation, goals and funnels setup)
· Create and edit videos
· Analyse campaign performance and recommend next steps
· Management and tutoring of more junior members of the team with the potential of having direct reports
· Take an active role in winning new business
· You will be responsible for, and targeted on the success of these campaigns and client ROI, and part of your responsibilities will be KPI reporting
You Need to
· Be passionate about digital marketing
· Have a strong understanding of Google Analytics
· Be organised, determined and persistent
· Be Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Be a natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
· Be credible and comfortable in dealing with senior executives & business owners

· Have meticulous attention to detail and be a perfectionist with a very analytical mind
· Excellent knowledge of Excel is essential
· Have an ability to consistently hit deadlines and exceed expectations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £20,000.00 per year + OTE £12,000.00 Uncapped Commission
