Parts Sales Specialist

My client is looking to recruit a Parts Sales Specialist to work full-time on a permanent basis. This role will be working Monday - Friday 8:00am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm and pays an attractive salary of £25,000 per annum.



Duties and responsibilities:



* Dealing with customer queries over the phone and via email
* Dealing with customers on a face to face basis
* Dealing all social media and eBay enquires



Person Specification:



* Must have experience in customer service
* Must have knowledge of car parts (Gearboxes, engines, types of vehicles etc)
* Must be a proactive person who can work within a small team
* Ideally 3-5 years' experience working within a similar role within the motor trade
* Articulate and able to organise and manage workload, dealing with all enquiries swiftly and efficiently.
