Day to day, you will take on a varied set of responsibilities, including:
- Drafting and publishing job adverts; marketing jobs via job sites, company website, social media, and email marketing strategies……………….
- Phoning and video-meeting candidates, qualifying their background and skillset, and working with the sales team to identify suitable job vacancies……………………….
- Formatting CVs and assisting submit and progress them on job roles……………….
– Managing the internal database, ensuring to keep contact regularly with candidates and ensure their details and circumstance remain updated on the software platform…………………………………
– Handling telephone and email enquiries on behalf of the whole office team………………….………

Interesting industry niche – Prior experience working on permanents or contractors preferred!

Salary with experience £22-24,000; Parking Nearby- Easily Accessible from the train station also.

Monday - Friday 9-5.30

This role really suits………….. someone in Tunbridge Wells who wants to be able to walk to work, with prior recruitment experience and passion/enthusiasm for our industry! You should be someone who thrives when working at pace, and enjoys taking on a varied set of tasks.
