IT Service Analyst (1st/2nd line)

KHR have recently partnered with a leading global financial service provider to support on a new requirement within their established IT Department.

Our client have an exciting opportunity to join the business on a full-time, permanent basis.

This specialist insurance and settlement services provider, with offices based in Sevenoaks, are keen to hire an experienced IT Service Analyst to provide a high-level of first line support as part of a larger Group Helpdesk team.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide 1st / 2nd line support to all office based and remote users
- Act as the first point of contacts for faults, incidents and a variety of service requests
- Respond to queries from the business, ensuring a resolution is provided in a timely manner
- Maintain system documentation

Candidate Profile
- Previous 1st/2nd line support experience
- Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Experience of network infrastructure and telephony systems
- CISCO networking and Avaya IP - preferred, not essential
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Be a clear and concise communicator
- Driver preferred due to travel to other offices

Hours of work; Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm / flexibility on an ad-hoc basis is required.
