Senior Insolvency Administrator

You will be working for a well respected and driving firm in the Maidstone area as a Senior Insolvency Administrator.

Your new role
In your role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases in insolvency which will include a variety of corporate and personal work. You will maintain fully accurate case files, ensuring they meet with statutory requirements. You will be carrying out effective communication with a range of stakeholders (internal and external) creditors, debtors, directors, solicitors and other professionals. You will investigate into and report on the conduct of directors and the reasons for failure. You will also be involved in supervising/training more junior members of staff.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need proven success managing a varied case load in an insolvency/restructuring & recovery practice.CPI qualified or training for is an advantage but not essential.
