Customer Service - Charity Verification

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a customer focussed and highly professional individual to join a large and expanding organisation on a temporary basis in Kings Hill.

Duties include:

* Acting as the initial point of contact when dealing with both new and existing customers, including high net worth individuals and charities.
* Working a part of a project team to ensure customer data is up to date and compliant on CRM system
* To actively understand and promote the products and services being offered
* Responding to all queries from clients and customers by phone and email in a professional manor
* Providing expert customer service at all times when liaising with external customers, reviewing, investigating and making recommendations on all donation requests.
* To ensure client confidentiality and to adhere to General Data Protection Regulatory requirements
* To actively recognise and progress/hand off sales opportunities to the relevant teams to increase business
* Carry out other various ad-hoc duties as and when required

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience within a Customer Service environment
* To have a current in-date DBS or on update service would be desirable
* Knowledge of AML, KYC and general GDPR would be an advantage
* Previous work experience within banking or financial services background
* The ability to stay calm under pressure
* Great interpersonal skills
* Experience providing first rate communications skills, both verbal and written
* A self-motivated and pro-active personality
* Experience managing customer expectations
