EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO MANAGE CURRENT INHOUSE LETTINGS PORTFOLIO WITH THE
OPPORTUNITY TO EXPAND
We are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to manage our in-house portfolio of 60 properties,
with the opportunity to build our client base.
Our office has over 30 years’ experience in this industry and for the right candidate can offer
fantastic progression for any individual prepared to drive the business forward.
Basic Salary £22,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience) with the opportunity to earn unlimited
commission by expanding our client base.
Key Skills:
*Assisting with viewings and applicant registrations
*Working to personal and company targets
*Valuing/listing properties for rental
*Administration duties
*Dealing with landlords and prospective tenants
*Handling the banking/reconciliation of our client accounts
*Strong resilient canvassing skills
*Focus software is used, in-house training will be provided
Requirements:
*Min 12 months+ experience in residential lettings
*Good knowledge of the local area
*Full UK driving licence & own car
*Well-presented and professional appearance
*Good communication and strong negotiation skills
*Good Attention to detail and organised
*Able to work under pressure
*ARLA Qualified preferred but not essential
