Consumer Engagement Executive - West London (working from home) - £17.00 per hour

An exciting opportunity for a long term contract position has arisen for a Consumer Engagement Executive to work for one of the most forward-thinking and dynamic FMCG organisations in the West London area. The office is based in the heart of buzzing Hammersmith with excellent transport links but the role for the foreseeable future will be working from home, so individuals must be able to work without disruption.
This position will initially be for 17 hours per week during the initial training period but should progress to full time. There is also potential for this to extend well beyond the initial 3 month contract.
Your New Role
The Consumer Engagement Executive is responsible for successfully engaging and converting customers into trying new products and after caring previous customers to ensure positive consumer experience. Your duties will include liaising with customers via multiple platforms from voice messaging, SMS, phone, video call and email. You will understand and resolve 'consumer pain points', arranging shipment of products and follow up on warm customer enquiries with the view of leading them to purchase.
What you'll need to succeed
Significant experience in a Customer Care within an office/contact centre environment is required along with relevant experience being able to influence potential buyers with your "soft sales" skills. Ideal candidates will have a charismatic and articulate telephone manner to fit in with this fun-loving team. You will need to have multi-channel customer care experience as you will be dealing with customers on live chat, phone and email.
What you will get in return
In return you'll be offered the extremely competitive rate of £17 per hour for an initial 3 month contract with high likelihood to be extended. You will need to be flexible in the initial weeks as there will be evening (until 10pm) week day and weekend shifts (at a max of 17 hours per week for the first few weeks) - this will progress to a full time position after training so individuals must be able to work the occasional evening of day at the weekend but conveniently this will be from home.
