Bookkeeper/Administrator
(Maternity Cover)
Start ASAP until 31/12/2021
Our client requires an experienced and organised Bookkeeper / Administrator.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week- Mon - Fri (06:00 - 15:00)
(8 hours per day) (2 x 30 minute unpaid breaks)
Duration: Maternity Cover - (Immediate start till 31/12/21)
Description
The ideal candidate must be a team player and able to follow instructions. It is essential that you have good attention to detail, being able to prioritise your workload, possess strong organizational skills and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
You will need to be computer literate and have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Finance and Bookkeeping experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Duties will include data input/ liaising with suppliers/ invoice registration/ bookkeeping and other ad hoc duties. This is a very diverse office, so the ideal candidate must be open to help out where necessary.
Applicants need to be an early riser and have their own transport. Flexibility is preferred.
