Acoustic GRG Products Ltd is a small family business manufacturing acoustic products as well as selling European innovators systems to the UK market.
An opportunity has arisen within our Folkestone office for a sales coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be a versatile, proactive person to fill a newly created post to be responsible for the handling of sales orders and their translation onto their ERP system, as well as assisting in production scheduling to ensure delivery dates are met.
About this position
Full time Monday – Friday 8-5
Office based position liaising with customers, suppliers and our workshop team to ensure customer orders are met.
Wage based on experience
Main Duties
Act as point of contact with customers and suppliers with regards to taking and processing sales orders, providing feedback on order progress and handling queries.
Initiate and monitor contract review stage of order to ensure relevant departments are informed of requirements and it is actioned in a timely manner.
Input, monitor and update sales orders on in-house CRM/ERP system to provide accurate data for scheduling of factory workload and business analysis.
Ensure Materials and products are procured in a timely fashion to facilitate production, including negotiating new costs and supply
Assist in the creation of production schedule and ensure CRM/ERP system is correctly adjusted to reflect it.
Help production control with creation and completion of documentation to enable manufacture of components and assemblies.
Basic analysis of production data
Essential requirements
Knowledge and experience of working within the manufacturing industry
Broad computer software knowledge
Competent multi-tasker with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to operate under pressure
Desirable requirements
Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Successful candidates will be shortlisted and notified
