Role - Night Shift Line Leader

Location - Ashford

Duration - 9-month fixed term contract with a potential permanent opportunity.

Connect2Staff is currently recruiting for a Line Leader to take on a full time, 9-month fixed term contract starting in November. Although this is fixed term, there is potential to go permanent at the end of the 9 months.

The role would include working Monday to Friday (5PM - 4AM) with alternate Saturdays included



We are seeking for a hardworking and committed individual with experience working with production machines or performing production processes. It would also be an advantage if you have worked within the food manufacturing industry.

Key day-to-day duties

* Monitor the production processes to maximise line efficiency and production output.
* Communicate tasks and duties to line workers
* Ensure competent and safe operation of all aspects of machines.
* Complete administration duties related to the production line
* Hygiene and food safety are being followed
* Report any issues or breakdowns to the Production Managers or Engineers.
* Be responsible to manage, train and motivate line workers.
