Due to an increasing demand for Temporary Workers by our client companies, we are looking for a hard working 'people person' to source and manage applicants looking to work in temporary assignments.
You will be establishing skills and experience and suitability for a range of assignments, across a variety of industries. You will be working in a fast paced, competitive work environment, working alongside a team of consultants.
You will be proactively working with candidates to secure them temp assignments. You will enjoy being on the telephone a lot and have strong administrative and IT skills to utilise and benefit from our cloud based candidate management system, providing you with unrivalled access to numerous generalist and specialist cv search and job sites as well as an extensive in- house database and social media network.

Key responsibilities will include:
Copywriting and placing of adverts across multiple job boards and social media
Following up on all applications to establish skills and availability
Assisting in coordinating interview availability
Processing registration applications ensuring all compliance is adhered to
The ideal candidate will therefore have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident telephone manner. Your ability to create engaging and grammatically correct job advertisements will be key to attracting candidates too. Full training will be provided in our systems but strong IT skills are essential. The role could lead to a role in recruitment consulting or internal HR.
You will be supporting both specialist and generalist consultants working on a variety of vacancies across a number of industry sectors including Digital, IT, PR, Marketing &, Legal, Engineering, Manufacturing and FMCG.
Office based throughout the training period, after a successful probation period, you may be offered a flexible work pattern with some remote working an option. Other benefits would then include a laptop and phone. Ongoing training will be provided in Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing & Management, Interview Techniques and Managing the Recruitment Process together with the opportunity to gain professional Recruitment qualifications.
