Are you looking for a new teaching challenge within religious Studies / Religious Education?

I am looking for a qualified teacher of Religious Studies for a job starting in October 2020. This Religious Studies teaching job will be filled on a temporary or permanent basis for the right candidate and will be full time. The school is 'outstanding' rated by Ofsted and has a policy of continuous improvement. Over the coming years it is likely to see expansion in student role and therefore opportunities for staff wishing to progress will become available.

This teaching job is based in a secondary school near to Ashford, Canterbury and Maidstone and the Medway towns. There is ample parking and for public transport users there is a very straightforward commute.

The successful Religious Studies teacher will be required to teach KS3 and KS4 Religious Studies courses. Specialists in KS5 or KS3 will be considered with flexibility in the department an option. The Humanities department at this school is currently 5 teachers and support staff are on hand within most classrooms for 1:1 intervention work.
