Do you have an interest in IT and Technology? Do you have good Customer Service skills and would thrive working for a global brand?
We're currently supporting our client recruit for tech-savvy individuals to join their Customer Service team in Rochester. They are offering full, comprehensive training, a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to apply for permanent positions within the company!
As part of the Customer Service team, you will:-
* Provide excellent customer service over the telephone
* Resolve any customer enquiries relating to any technical issues
* Work towards both individual and team targets
The successful applicant for this role will :-
* Have good levels of customer service
* Have a real interest in IT, computer-building, new technology or gaming for example
* Be available to start a new role ASAP
* Happy to work on shifts that can sometimes include night shifts
