Contact Centre Team Leader - 6 months temporary - remote working - £25,000 - £28,000 equivalent

Fantastic opportunity for a Contact Centre Team Leader to work remotely for a well-regarded NHS organisation in the South East of England. This position will be for a 6 month temporary contract which will be based entirely remotely, allowing candidates from various UK locations to work in this post.
Your new role
The post holder will act as the operational Team Leader for a team of call handlers within a team cell (approximately 18-20 WTEs) and will report into the Call Centre Team Manager. There is a responsibility to lead on day to day activities to manage mostly outgoing calls, and incoming calls as required. Being the point of escalation for issues that arise on shift through their team and managing direct line reports for their IMS Call Centre Call Handlers. The post holder(s) will also act as a team of Call Centre Team Leaders supporting service improvements within the call centre through the Call Centre Team Managers and managing their team's operational elements of the service.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you must have at least 2 years' experience managing contact centre agents in a recent post, be able to manage KPIs and do training with team members remotely. You will be fully capable of managing a large team of up to 20 agents at any time whilst managing administrative processes relating to this campaign. You will have a suitable working from home set up and able to start at short notice, able to commit to the 6 months fully and be able to work in flexible shift patterns.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a competitive temporary rate with the annual equivalent salary of £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience and a 6 month contract to start asap. The role will be for 37.5 hours per week with working hours between 8-8 Monday to Saturday and 9.5 on Sunday. Shifts will be 7.5 hours per day with 5 working days per week and 1 Saturday/Sunday in every 3. Overtime will be paid for weekend shifts.
