Our clients are looking for a Care Consultant to join there team. You must have either a recruitment, care or professional customer service background ,working within an office environment. Working with 6 lovely ladies.
The successful person will be a supportive, flexible, team player, with a mature attitude and the ability to work with clients and candidates at all levels.
Excellent telephone manner and good standard of education desired.
This varied role is all about selecting live-in carers who are the right fit.
Strong communication skills as necessary, you will:
• Provide candidates with all they need to know about being a live-in carer
• Assess each applicant’s suitability for the role
• Inform future candidates of all training opportunities available
• Ensure all resources are used to seek suitable candidates
• Deliver induction training for newly appointed carers
